Described as a large, hairy, ape-like creature, it&#8217;s typically reported to be around 7-10 feet tall and covered in reddish-brown fur. Sightings date back to the 1960s, with many reported in the Everglades and surrounding areas. Some believe it&#8217;s a relic of prehistoric times, while others think it&#8217;s a myth or a hoax. Either way, the Skunk Ape has captured the imagination of many, inspiring local legend and curiosity.
