Image Authorization: Customer(s) and or Owner(s) authorizes Naps Happen LLC, and/or its licensees, employees, vendors or legal representatives to have photographs, video or digital images of the Customer(s) and or Owner(s) property taken and have such images digitized, reproduced, published, transmitted, disseminated and displayed in all forms, media and manners, without restrictions as to changes or alterations, for any purpose authorized by Naps Happen LLC, including but not limited to advertising, trade, promotional exhibits, Internet, editorial publications, marketing plans or catalogs, to aid in the sale of Naps Happen LLC merchandise and or Naps Happen LLC promotions.
Waiver: In granting this permission, Customer(s) and or Owner(s) hereby waives, acquits and forever releases Naps Happen LLC, its licensees, employees, vendors or legal representatives from any responsibility or liability that may arise from the use of the images.
Time Disclosure: Naps Happen LLC holds original image(s) for no more than 2 years before deleting the image(s) completely. If Customer(s) and or Owner(s) request image(s) after the 2 years time limit, Customer(s) and or Owner(s) must repurchase new image(s) at the current price. If new Customer(s) and or Owner(s) request to use the original image(s) under the 2 years time limit, a discount may be applied for a reduced rate.
