Image Authorization:
Model authorizes Naps Happen LLC, and/or its licensees, employees, vendors or
legal representatives to have photographs, video or digital images of the Model
taken and have such images digitized, reproduced, published, transmitted,
disseminated and displayed in all forms, media and manners, without
restrictions as to changes or alterations, for any purpose authorized by Naps
Happen LLC, including but not limited to advertising, trade, promotional
exhibits, Internet, editorial publications, marketing plans or catalogs, to aid in
the sale of Naps Happen LLC merchandise and or Naps Happen LLC promotions.
Waiver:
In granting this permission, Model hereby waives, acquits and forever releases
Naps Happen LLC, its licensees, employees, vendors or legal representatives
from any responsibility or liability that may arise from the use of the images.
