
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Create a balanced habitat with readily available food sources, adequate cover for bedding and access to water.
2. Maintain food plots, access trails and or around camp. Leave or create brush piles for dense cover and bedding.
3. Provide mineral licks to supplement deer diet. Utilize trail cameras to observe deer movement and identify critical areas.
4. Purchase necessary food for each feeder location. (average cost is $16 – $50 per acre per month)
5. Labor costs for mowing, planting and or managing food plots and trails. ($30 per hour)
6. Monitoring and surveying deer population and habitat quality.
