Service Fee and Animal Fees
The fees are as follows and Owner is responsible: Non-refundable service fee for trap(s) set up, exterior inspection and for __________ to day trap retainer is ($_______) _____________________ dollars. In addition to this service fee there is a price per animal captured fee. The price per animal captured fee / per trip fee is ($_______) ________ dollars. The price per non-target animal capture fee is ($_______) __________ dollars. The service fee, per animal captured fee and non-target animal capture fee do not include costs for exclusion, clean up or repairs. Your service fee is warranted for days after the traps are removed. The balance will be due net days after completion and approval of work performed by Naps Happen LLC and by said Officer under this service agreement contract.

STATE LAW REQUIRES THAT ALL TRAPS BE CHECKED DAILY
It is the owner’s responsibility to check the trap(s) daily and notify Naps Happen LLC when an animal is trapped. If the owner is not able to check the traps daily, they must notify Naps Happen LLC immediately and arrangements will be made by Naps Happen LLC to check the traps daily for the owner for an additional service fee of ($__________) _____________________________ dollars.
The service fee, price per non-target fee, and price per animal captured fee are non-negotiable. Naps Happen LLC only recommends the repairs, exclusion or clean up that are necessary in order to prevent future wildlife damage. The price for each individual repair, exclusion or clean up are non-negotiable. However, the owner may cross out any of the individual recommendations that he / she may not want performed and recalculate the total repair estimate.
